National Professional Qualifications:
TDT are a lead provider of NPQs with sector leading satisfaction and pass rates amongst participants and a growing reputation for a thoughtful, reflective approach to bringing the frameworks to life. Design principles recognise the centrality of people, culture, sensemaking and implementation to sustainable continuous improvement, along with a flexible and mindful consideration of workload and the pressures of school life.
The National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) will boost the quality of teacher and leader development nationally by generating and interpreting research, applying the insights to the design and delivery of high-quality teacher and school leader development programmes, and sharing it all with the sector. Their programmes are designed by teachers and leaders who understand the joys and pressures of school life. We work in collaboration with schools across the country, ensuring that our findings benefit all schools, teachers and leaders.

The Research Schools Network is a collaboration between the Education Endowment Foundation and Institute for Effective Education to create a network of schools that support the use of evidence to improve teaching practice.
